1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and territory
This service is offered only to users located outside mainland China. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One person or organisation per account; creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated signup credits is prohibited.
4. Credits and payment
The service is prepaid. Credits are purchased with USDT and consumed when you generate content. The cost of each operation is displayed before you run it. Credits are not legal tender, carry no interest, and are not redeemable for cash. Deposits are credited after we verify the on-chain transaction.
5. Refunds
Credits consumed by a completed generation are non-refundable. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance. Unused credits may be refundable at our discretion; contact support.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of material you upload and of the output you generate, to the extent such rights are available under applicable law. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to everything you upload, including any depiction of a person, and that your use does not infringe the rights of others.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful where you or your audience are located; that depicts a real person without their consent; that sexualises minors or depicts anyone who is or appears to be a minor in a sexual context; that infringes intellectual property; that impersonates a real person or organisation in a deceptive way; or that is intended to harass, defraud or endanger anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
8. Availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Generation depends on third-party model providers and may be interrupted, delayed or changed. We do not guarantee that any particular output will be produced, or that it will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
